There are so many things on your blog that I want to try! I'm not a vegan, but have been seriously contemplating it. It seems hard to come up with new things to eat, but when I see all the stuff you're making it can't always just be salads.
ReplyDeleteHi Lorri, thanks for reading! I understand that sometimes it can feel it would be easy to fall into a rut with vegan food. We are so used to eating a certain way that it really takes some brain re-programming in order to realize the world of food still available after you cut out animal products. There is so much more than salad, as you've noticed, heh. In fact...I rarely eat salad. It's time-consuming to prepare, and I don't really like it. I would recommend looking around at various vegan blogs on the internet. You can find so many great recipes and so much awesome inspiration out there. If you have any questions or just want to chat, feel free to email me at vegancognitobook@gmail.com. Take care!
